For those that are curious about LAG SHOOTING or LEADING SHOTS.
HC it's not really needed, this is more for TDM.
For a while I was one of those spray and pray guys. I read alot in the past about FPS (first person shooters)
because I didn't have much experience playing them. Online is tough for many people because they feel a
bit frustrated when they empty way too much ammo on another player only to die in the process.
I am somewhat documenting my experience/learning curve in hopes that it helps someone/anyone.
Not that some of you don't know this already obviously, just thought it would help someone out that wants to
increase their kills a bit more and possibly save a little ammo.
I'll start with leading shots since it's the lesser of the two in understanding.
KEY: #=myself &=target *=shots fired
If im running or moving to my right, and the target is at say a 45 degree angle to my left...

I want to fire (in online feet) 2feet before the target...(or aim the dot 2feet before, and keep it there)

As the crosshairs catch up with the target I center it on the target rather than before it.
So basically im firing a line of ammo sleightly before the target until the motion of me running to the right
makes my crosshairs line up on the target.

For LAG shooting,(when the connection is poor) It's alot sonner than that. But some ppl are so good at playing
with bad LAG,to demonstrate it would be useless. I often jump out of really laggy games. It all depends on which
way your opponent wants to move at the time you are going to fire. If he keeps to his line of movement then you
can do the above^^^, but way earlier. It's almost like your firing at nothing, then suddenly someone dies.
Hope this helps whoever? Just my thoughts on how it helps me in TDM. Being patient helps also, but thats another
topic...lol
