Online for WAW

I can only go online at weekends because of my brother because he made my dad mad

Few questions about the headshots training....

1. Is this for rifles only? Or any weapon?
2.Does headshots only negate nades and explosions? Like,can u get a headshot with a nade? Aside from being hit in the head with one? (if you can hit someone in the head all the time with a nade,your my hero)
3.Pistol training would be good too. Cause I suck with handguns.

This sounds interesting,cause headshot training even with smg's or mg's would improve my aim for TDM
