Connection

Last night I was playing with some of you,but every 5 minutes I got my connection interrupted our a server full message.
Why does this happen?
I have some ups and downs with my connection which means sometimes I cannot play properly....Is there anything I can to stop this?

And I apologize for leaving the game sometimes,it wasn't intentional.

What's your connection setup? dsl, cable, etc. are you wireless on a router? Need the info to provide any suggestions. I'm wireless over DSL and I port forward my Wii which seems to help connection speed. I got the boot too a couple times last night also.

yeah i also port forward my Wii

Mine is DSL using a router.I'll move the wii near the router tonight and will make a test,let's see if it works.

no you don't really need to do that, and wow the first girl in our clan i didn't know. In a little bit im going to make a topic about port forwarding The Wii to Routers.

That's the directions I followed, although I'm on a mac so its a little different.

I'm on cable through the wifi on a router which is totally on another floor.
8 out of 10 times I get a great reception. All the times i'm on I don't share the
signal with anyone on other PC's or anything.
I only get disconnected when either the host is laggy or the server is crap that day.
If anyone wants me to host sometime and see if it helps,I will gladly.

My router is a DI-524.
